JETCO does not provide personal loan product direct to customers, does not trade using the name “JETCO Credit/網銀通”, and does not participate in any loan product promotion activities of our member banks. The hotline on these websites is not operated by or for JETCO and the contact person mentioned on these websites is not a representative of JETCO.

Customers are reminded not to provide any information (in particular, personal information) to these websites. If customers are concerned they may have disclosed their personal details to any suspicious third parties, they should contact their banks or report the incident to the Hong Kong Police.

In order to safeguard the interest of customers, JETCO will closely monitor the trend of similar cases and take corresponding actions wherever necessary.
