Terms of Use (Sandbox)

Welcome to Sandbox!

These Terms of Use of the Sandbox (“Sandbox Terms of Use”) are a legal agreement between you and Joint Electronic Teller Services Limited (“our”, “us”, “we”, or “JETCO”) so we encourage you to read these Sandbox Terms of Use carefully. By checking the box indicating your acceptance to these Sandbox Terms of Use, you warrant that you are not a minor (but if you are a minor, then you have obtained parental consent to agree to these Sandbox Terms of Use), and you agree to be bound by these Sandbox Terms of Use in relation to your use of the sandbox developer portal operated by JETCO (“Sandbox”) on the information exchange platform currently known as “APIX”. If you are accepting these Sandbox Terms of Use on behalf of a legal entity, by checking the box indicating your acceptance to these Sandbox Terms of Use, you represent that you have the authority to legally bind such entity to these Sandbox Terms of Use. If you do not accept these Sandbox Terms of Use, you may not use our services or access the Sandbox.

We work constantly to improve our services and develop new features. As a result, we may need to update these Sandbox Terms of Use from time to time to accurately reflect our services and practices. Unless it is not permitted by law, we will notify you before we make any changes to these Sandbox Terms of Use. Once any updated Sandbox Terms of Use are in effect, you will be bound by them if you continue to use our services on the Sandbox

1. OUR SERVICES
   The Sandbox provides you with a safe and isolated environment to create and test the applications that you provide and register on APIX (“Apps”) using dummy data and mimic the characteristics of the production environment to simulate response and fast track application development cycles.
   You will be able to register, create and test up to ten (10) Apps (in this context, each version of the same App is considered as one (1) App) at any one time on the JETCO Sandbox. You cannot register more than one user account on the Sandbox.
   You agree that the Sandbox, and the APIs contained therein, will not be used for any commercial purposes or for any fraudulent or unauthorised transactions/purposes. You agree that the Sandbox, and the APIs contained therein, will only be used for internal testing purposes.
2. CHARGES
   Use of JETCO Sandbox is currently free of charge and subject to the API call limit set by JETCO.
3. PRIVACY
   We may need to collect and use your personal data when providing our services in the Sandbox. We detail our practices in APIX Personal Information Collection Statement regarding our use of your personal data, which you must agree to before you use JETCO Sandbox.

You agree that by providing us with your feedback, we are also entitled to use and publish such information in any publicity or advertising materials, or to help us improve our services.
